Processing Time
Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be processed. You will receive tracking information once your package has been shipped. Please note that our processing time does not include shipping time and may be longer during new product launches, high order volume periods, or public holidays.

Canada Shipping
We offer free shipping for all orders over CAD $150 within Canada. For orders under CAD $150, the shipping rate will be calculated at checkout.
USA Shipping
We offer free shipping for all orders over USD $120 within the USA. For orders under USD $120, the shipping rate will be calculated at checkout.
International Shipping
We offer free shipping for all orders over CAD $200 internationally. For orders under CAD $200, the shipping rate will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international shipping is available to most countries; however, some restrictions may apply.
Additional Charges
For international shipments, customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, import fees, or customs charges that may be imposed by the destination country. These charges are collected by the customs authorities and are not included in the price of shipping or your order.
